ReeledIn is a streaming service operated by License To Net, LLC ("we") offering serialized short-form video ("content"). Content is licensed for viewing within the app only; you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream it. You may not download, copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or circumvent technical protection of any content.
The app creates a device-based account automatically; you may upgrade it to a registered account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent.
Subscriptions are auto-renewable and purchased through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the price and period shown at purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your store account settings (on iOS: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by the store under its policies; we cannot issue store refunds directly. Prices may vary by region and may change for future periods with notice through the store.
Coins are a virtual currency usable only inside ReeledIn to unlock episodes and access optional features. Coins: (a) have no cash value; (b) cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn for money or anything of value outside the app; (c) cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to any other person or account; (d) are forfeited when your account is deleted; and (e) may be adjusted to reverse purchases refunded by the store. Coin purchases are consumable in-app purchases and are not restorable through the store; your balance is maintained on your ReeledIn account.
Spins are an optional feature that awards a randomized amount of coins. The cost of a spin and the odds of each possible prize are displayed before any purchase or use. Every spin awards a prize. Prizes are coins only and are subject to Section 4 — they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn. Spins are available only to users who confirm they are 18 or older and may be unavailable in some regions. We may modify or discontinue the feature at any time.
Voting, polls, and emoji reactions are structured interactions; the service does not accept free-form public posts. We may remove interactions and restrict accounts that abuse rate limits or attempt to manipulate votes, rankings, or rewards.
You agree not to: access content except through the app's playback; reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service; misrepresent your age or region to access gated features; or interfere with other users or the service's operation.
All content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. The ReeledIn name and marks are our property. No rights are granted except as stated in Section 1.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app and apply going forward. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
